Landscaping Service DisclaimerPlease enable JavaScript in your browser to complete this form.1. McCools Pools & Home Management provides Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly landscape maintenance. Rate includes standard services to be performed outlined in your service plan. Service days of the week are not guaranteed and are subject to change to fit the needs of our routing. Our regular service consists of Mow, Edge, Weed-eat, Trim Scrubs & Blow *2. New Service: When a new account is established it may require a one time cleanup on the 1st visit at an additional cost. If a cleanup needed it will be outlined on the initial bid upfront.3. Billing: We bill in arrears for landscaping services after we complete the work an invoice will be emailed to you. You will also have access to all invoices and service records by logging in to your personal customer portal on our website (username will be primary email on file and you create a unique password for your account). A card on file is needed for auto billing to be processed on the day service is performed. Due date is is upon completion after 30 days a late fee of $10 will be applied service will be discontinued after 45 days late. All prices are subject to change with written notice.4. Communication: We send out email notifications after every service is completed. You will have access to your reports on your customer portal they will contain important information regarding challenges we see and suggested solutions. We also send out a newsletter to keep all clients informed of any important news and customer education. You must have an email on file and a cell phone to make sure you receive these important system notifications to keep you up to date. Email communications will be sent from the following emails: newsletter@mccoolspools.com, invoicing@mccoolspools.com, cs@mccoolspools.com please make sure these emails are not blocked on your spam filter. 5. Weed Control: We preform pre-emergent and weed killer treatments twice per year on all properties In Febuary or March and September. There is an extra cost for this service and is based on size of the property. This service allows us to properly maintain the property and make sure weeds are cleared every visit. If this preventative treatment is declined weeds will be the responsibility of the customer.6. Missed Service & Holidays: We observe national holidays and yards will be done a day earlier or later these weeks. In the event of rain or lightning on your service day, the yard may not be serviced on your service day for safety reasons. If service or partial services are rendered, service will not be rescheduled. (In the event that you believe that a service call was missed for reasons other than those stated previously, please contact MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC and your service will be made up.) Every year we give our crews vacation the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas/NewYears. During these breaks your service may be rescheduled to accomodate if no service preformed during this time you will not be billed. If there is any time we need to adjust schedule you will be notified via email and/or text message.7. Winter Grass and Fertilization: We perform winter seeding during the first two weeks of October, or when the evening temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees. We fertilize palms and shrubs twice per year these are elective services at an extra cost. 8. Disclaimer: MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC will not be responsible for any damage to property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse or abuse. If you have any complaints or concerns regarding frequency or completeness of service, you must call MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC within 24 hours after the service occurred or was scheduled to have occurred. We will not take responsibility for any exposed wired, cables, electrical cables, etc. that are not installed property and are cut or damaged by our equipment. If it is determined that damaged was caused by crew’s carelessness or negligence, We will assume responsibility. We are not responsible for foreign matter left on the lawn, i.e. toys, hoses, paper, etc. We are not responsible for containing pets on your property. Our crews will make every effort to make sure gates are closed but will not assume responsibility for your pets. Also, if there is a dog in the backyard on the scheduled service day and our crew feels threatened by the pet we will not service the backyard. Finally, when our crew arrives at your property, please make sure all children and pets are inside so they are not exposed to any debris that may be thrown from the equipment.8. Termination: You are not entering a service agreement but rather setting the proper expectations and acknowledging you accept all the stated terms of service. Service can be terminated at any time by either party. We strongly believe in our service quality and if you are ever unsatisfied in any way you have the right to terminate service and any charges will be prorated up to the last date serviced.MessageSubmit
