What is included in Basic weekly pool maintenance?
- Pool water chemistry tested levels are recorded electronically, history is retained and available for review
- Professional grade chemicals added as necessary all chemicals added are recorded electronically, history is retained and available for review
- Pump, skimmer and leaf vac baskets emptied
- Skim debris from the pool surface
- Remove debris from the pool bottom
- Brush walls and steps as necessary
- Backwash filters as necessary
- Timer, pump & control panel adjustments included
- Unclog pump impellers
- Unclog vacuum cleaner turbines/diaphragms
- A service email is sent out after each service is completed to verify service
Repair
- Pool Tile Cleaning
- Cartridge Filter Replacement
- Sand Filter Change (typically you want to change the sand about every 5 years)
- DE Filter Tear Down and Cleaning
- Saltwater System Installation and Repair
- Pump/Motor Repair or Replacement
- Swimming Pool Automation install or repair
- Heater Repair or Replacement
- Push/Pull Valve also known as Backwash Valve Repair or Replacement
- Above Ground Plumbing Repair
- Jandy Valves also known as 2 or 3 way Valves
- Chlorine Baths or Acid Washes
- Pool Vacuum Cleaner Repair
- Caretaker Pop Up Head Cleaner Repair or Replacement
