The frequency of service provided by McCools Pools & Home Management. 1.These service options require the CUSTOMER to maintain the pool/spa on the off weeks. Failure to perform standard tasks (Sec. 3) may result in unbalanced chemistry and increased cost to CUSTOMER. 2.CUSTOMER is not bound to the frequency of service. CUSTOMER is entitled to change said frequency by notifying McCools Pools & Home Management LLC. Rates are subject to change. 3. All services require CUSTOMER to maintain proper water levels in pool/spa. 4. All Rates include 1.25 hours of standard services to be performed. Additional hours spent to maintain pool/spa beyond the standard hours may result in additional clean up charges billed at the service rate/hour (e.g. Monsoon Season & Fall Season leaves). Service days of the week are not guaranteed and are subject to change to fit the needs of our routing. *WeeklyTwice per Week2. Communication: We send out email service reports after every service this report will contain important information regarding challenges with your pool and suggested solutions. We send out a weekly newsletter notifying of important news regarding our services. It is required to have an email on file and a cell phone to make sure our system notifications keep you updated. Our monthly invoices are sent via email and can be paid online via a major credit card. Email communications will be sent from the following emails: newsletter@mccoolspools.com, invoicing@mccoolspools.com or invoicing@paythepoolman.com please make sure these emails are not blocked on your spam filter. *I Acknowledge3. Missed Service Calls & Holidays: In the event your service falls on a holiday, service will be rescheduled. In the event of rain or lightning on your service day, the pool/spa will not be servied on your service day. If service or partial services are rendered, service will not be rescheduled. (In the event that you believe that a service call was missed for reasons other than those stated previously, please contact MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC within 24 hours, and your service will be made up.) Every year we take our vacation time during non-crucial seasons of the year. We will be on vacation the week of Thanksgiving and Christmas/NewYears. Every year there is 4 months that have 5 weeks, we only bill you for 4 weeks in those months to alot for these vacation days.. *I Acknowledge4. Services to be performed: When a new account is established we require a filter clean (unless it is a new build) and a PoolRX installation. Our Full Service Includes: 1) Brush Tile 2) Brush Walls 3) Leaf Vacuum as needed 4) Vacuum Pool/Spa as needed 5) Backwash Filter as needed 6) Empty Pump Basket 7) Empty Cleaner Bags 8) Empty Skimmer Baskets 9) Test water chemistry 10) Balance water Basic chemicals Included (chlorine & acid), all materials necessary for the above services are furnished by MCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC. Additional services visits may be needed and billed extra above the normal service fees (e.g., storms, severe algae problems, small animal removal, and debris removal). All services are performed as needed. Our Chemical Only Service Includes: 1) Empty Pump Basket 2) Empty Cleaner Bags 3) Empty Skimmer Baskets 4) Test water chemistry 5) Balance water Basic chemicals included (chlorine & acid), all materials necessary for the above services are furnished by MCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC. Additional services visits may be needed and billed extra above the normal service fees (e.g., storms, severe algae problems, small animal removal, and debris removal). All services are performed as needed. At the start of the swimming season, there will be a PoolRX Mineral Unit installed (cost $90) in all pools and may require occasional boosters as needed. Filter cleaning schedule are automatically billed DE filter clean schedule is every 6 months or as needed. Cartridge filter schedule is every 4 months or as needed. (Filter Clean Cost is $110) Filter cleans will be billed on schedule in regular billing. Shock, Algaecides & Stabilizers are additional charge, *I Acknowledge 5. Repairs: Repairs under $100 will be performed without prior notification. Repairs above the amount listed here will require authorization from CUSTOMER. *I Acknowledge6. Billing: The CUSTOMER agrees to pay MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC on the 1st of every month, and credit card on file for automatic billing is required. Invoices not paid by the 15th of the month will be coincided late. We do bill in advance and bills are sent via email invoice the last week of the month. Service will be interrupted if the billing lapses more than 30 days. All prices are subject to change without written notice. *I Acknowledge8. Disclaimer: MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC will not be responsible for any damage to property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, misuse or abuse. MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC is not responsible for the performance of any chemicals it does not sell. CUSTOMER should be aware of the normal deterioration of equipment that occurs over time due to exposure to chemicals and sunlight. Due to these factors, MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC recommends other annual services (e.g., an Annual tune-up of equipment, filter cleanings etc.) above normal maintenance. The CUSTOMER is responsible for maintaining the correct water level and keeping trees and plants trimmed away from the pool/spa and equipment and maintaining equipment by authorizing annual service to equipment. MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC is not responsible for any damages or deterioration caused by the failure of CUSTOMER to perform other services recommended by MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC or by the failure of CUSTOMER to properly maintain pool and equipment between visits. If you have any complaints or concerns regarding frequency or completeness of service, you must call MCCOOLS POOLS & HOME MANAGEMENT LLC within 48 hours after the service occurred or was scheduled to have occurred. *Acknowledge9. Termination: You are not entering a service agreement but rather acknowledging what the expectations are and the required services. We believe in setting proper CUSTOMER expectations and service can be terminated at any time by either party.
