• Pool water chemistry tested, levels are recorded electronically, history is retained and available for review
• Professional grade chemicals added as necessary, all chemicals added are recorded electronically, history is retained and available for review
• Pump, skimmer and leaf vac baskets emptied
• Skim debris from the pool surface
• Remove debris from the pool bottom
• Brush walls and steps as necessary
• Backwash filters as necessary
• Timer, pump & control panel adjustments included
• Unclog pump impellers and vacuum cleaner turbines/diaphragms
• A service email is sent out after each service is completed to verify service
• Storm Clean up available for an extra fee

McCools Premier Service:

This plan provides pricing stability by spreading the costs out over the year to avoid spikes during the swimming season and provide an all-inclusive experience. Price lock for 12 months.

McCools Premier Plus Service:

This is our no contamination all-inclusive plan. If you convert to this plan we will provide a professional-grade pole, net, and brush to store at your property. We will use your equipment only in your pool to avoid any possibility of cross-contamination.
